Funeral & Bereavement  Ministry  

If you are in need of Catholic Funeral Mass or prayer service, our team will help guide you through the process of selecting ceremony details while taking care of coordinating all the essentials and volunteers so you can focus on your greatest needs at the time. 

If you have lost a loved one, please contact our parish office and ask to speak with our funeral team coordinator on call. We will get you scheduled to meet with a parish priest and ministry leader at your soonest conveince.

After an introductory session, our team leader will stay in touch to fine tune any last minute needs or changes and remain with you through all further planning.

Did your funeral home provider contact us? We work closely with funeral home and burial services throughout the community. If they offered to contact us, we will get the basic details from their service coordintor and then contact you within the same business day. 

If there are ceremonies being hosted by our parish, our funeral reception team will be happy to provide an opportunity for your family and guests to enjoy refreshments following final events. You have control over the size and style of the occasion, as well as guests and program details. 

Please work with your Funeral Team Leader to schedule your recepetion needs.

Here are some of the occasions our dedicated team has created for several families:

Food & Beverage Service

• Limited menu drink and refreshments such as select desserts and beverages
• Full luncheons and dinners with large buffet-style service
• Catered occasions with table service while working with family's desired vendor

Program & Environment

• Parish Hall: host large gatherings  (up to 400 people + food service) 
• Outdoor Pavillion: host large gatherings  (up to 150 people + food service)
• Mary Garden: outdoor space for small gatherings or in addition to parish hall use  (up to 50 people + food service)

• Audio: A microphone and speaker system can be provided at all gathering locations
• Video: Video is only available in Parish Hall
• Decoration: Your team is happy to provide table linens and small flower arrangements 
• Tributes: Photo boards, slide shows, or small decorated areas to honor the memory of a loved one can be coordinated with your family

If you wish to host a viewing and/or Catholic prayer service at the parish, we are happy to coordinate the space and any program details. These events usually lead up to the funeral service and take place in our small chapel. 

Upon letting us know your desired arrangements for any pre-funeral services, we will be happy to coordinate the information with your funeral home provider and confirm all details with you.

Our Bereavement Team is more than happy to work with your funeral home provider and cemetary to plan a Catholic burial service.

Our parish priest will lead the appropriate ceremony at the burial site with the family. If you are not already in contact with a parish Bereavement coordinator, please contact our parish office to schedule available services for your family and loved one.
