A most meaningful Lent can be as simple as sticking to the Church's three pillars of Lent. These three areas of focus are ways to enrich our relationship with Christ as we prepare our hearts for the glory of His Resurrection.
Click on the categories listed and consider how you can increase these three areas of offering this Lent. Also, look below for more resources and events the parish has to help you along.
Here are opportunities for community prayer and worship at the parish. Also, see what events are listed below, as well as the Hallow Meditations and Word on Fire videos.

Add more prayer at home by including evening prayers or maybe even the daily rosary as a family. Try something small, and then increase as you get in a routine.
Offering small sacrifices for our own faults or even for the intentions of others is a physical way of lifting our hearts and minds in prayer by choosing to love Jesus more.
As a Church, we go without meat and large meals on Fridays and days like Ash Wednesday. Here are some ideas of things you can also do on your own:

Offer love for others by offering your gifts. Almsgiving is the offering of ones treasure to help another, but you can also consider offering service. Service is a good way for a young person to "give" as well.
Consider giving to some of the collections at the parish, a friend or family in need, a religious order, a charity supporting the mission of the Church, a pregnancy crisis center ... or many other options !
Here are some places to start, and you can also check out some of the Lent events below that include food and clothing drives.
