Religious Education Registration

Use the form below to register your children for next year's Religious Education program.

Please complete all the form fields as they pertain to each child that you are registering. Classes will be assigned following the registration deadline, and families will be contacted with those details.

Registrations fee cover classroom supplies and snacks. If a family should be in need of discounted or waived registration fees, please email the RE coordinator prior to registering. 

By submitting this form, you give consent for your child to participate in all activities of the religious education ministry, and will not hold the parish or the diocese liable for any injuries or accidents. Additionally, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken of your child during the program, and these may be used on the parish website and for other marketing purposes. If you do not wish to provide consent for photography or video recordings of your child, please indicate so below, and your child will be given a colored wristband to signify no photography or video.
